Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we will make it right.

Non-returnable

For safety and integrity, opened single-use consumables and sterile items cannot be returned. Unopened equipment may be eligible for return at our discretion and subject to the manufacturer’s policies.

Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the return.
